Although Marc Jacobs launched his fashion line in the mid-1980s, it wouldn’t be until 2001 that he would release his first fragrance to the world: Marc Jacobs For Women. Over the next 18+ years, this designer would continue to release fashionable and exciting perfumes and colognes. At last count, there were over 88+ fragrances released under this label.

Best Marc Jacob’s Perfumes
10. Marc Jacobs Lola Eau de Parfum
Marc Jacobs Lola is packaged in a big, beautiful bottle that can only hint at the special elixir that’s contained within it. Although this bottle is well-designed, it pales in comparison to the symphony of scents that can be found within it. This Marc Jacobs perfume has top notes of pink pepper, pear, and grapefruit. It clings onto its feminine heart notes of rose, geranium, and peonies. And located at its very base, right down at its core, are the sexy and entrancing scents of vanilla and Tonka bean and white musk. It’s a warm, woodsy and rosy blend of scents that yearns to be smelled.
9. Marc Jacobs Decadence Eau de Parfum
There is probably no perfume with a more apt name than this one–a fragrance is known as Decadence. This perfume does have a decadent fragrance that few will be able to turn away from upon initial contact with it. That’s because it is a layered perfume that really produces some subtle but well-defined scents. At its top, this fragrance has notes of iris flowers and plums. It’s heart notes include scents of jasmine, orris roots, and roses. And at its base, this perfume has the seductive combination of vetiver and amber, mixed together with just a touch of papyrus.
8. Marc Jacobs Honey Eau de Parfum
Although this perfume is called Honey Eau de Parfum, it features more than just a honey scent. It also has notes soapy notes and notes of lemons mixed with vanilla. This creates a sweet and alluring concoction that some women are going to adore. This perfume has top notes of Mandarin oranges and pear; heart notes of peaches, honeysuckle and orange blossoms; and at its base, are the notes of vanilla and honey mixed with just a trace of musk. It’s an alluring scent that’s sweet and has a soft sillage but maintains longevity that other perfumes can only wish they had.
7. Marc Jacobs Daisy
Even though we’ve introduced you to Daisy Fresh, Daisy So Fresh, Daisy Love, and several other Marc Jacobs perfumes, nothing compares with his original Daisy scent. This fragrance is light, youthful, and energetic–perfect for the young women of today. It has top notes that are kissed by notes of strawberry, blood grapefruit, and violets. It has heart notes that are caressed by notes of jasmine and gardenias, and bottom notes that include such marvelous scents as vanilla and white woods. This is a scent that dries to a floral fragrance and has a very light sillage.
6. Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh
Even though it may seem hard to keep the various Marc Jacob’s Daisy-themed perfumes separated, if there’s one thing that you need to know about this one it’s the fact that it really does have a fresh scent to it that distinguishes it from the other perfumes. This fragrance is a charming combination of raspberry, grapefruit, and pear that’s been mixed with notes of violet, rose and jasmine fragrances. Its base notes include notes of plum, cedar, musk and apple blossom. All of this creates a fragrance that has a very soft sillage but makes a pretty big impact.
5. Marc Jacobs Dot For Women
Although this perfume’s ladybug bottle may be a little bit gaudy for some people, the perfume that resides in it is a soft fruity/floral fragrance that has good longevity to it and is ideal for wearing during the spring and summer months. It’s light, airy and soft, and is a fragrance that’s truly feminine. It has luscious top notes of berries and dragonfruit, and floral heart notes that include orange blossom and coconut mixed with jasmine. And finally, when this scent’s base notes bloom, they smell a lot like a combination of musk and vanilla.
4. Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream
This perfume is a variation off of the original Daisy perfume that was released in 2007. This formula was introduced in 2014 and quickly became one of the more popular fragrances released. This fragrant blend of notes includes top notes of blackberry, grapefruit, and blackberry and heart notes of jasmine. It very base notes, however, are not as fruity or as floral as its top and middle notes. Its base smells like a combination of cedar, coconut, and musk—an exciting scent combination to say the least. And although its sillage and longevity may be a little too soft for many people, for others this perfume is a dream come true.
3. Marc Jacobs Daisy Love
Originally designed in 2007 and redesigned in 2018, Daisy Love is ready to impress a whole new generation of women. What makes this fragrance unique among many of the other perfumes in the Marc Jacobs line is that it only has a few keynotes. Although this does mean that it isn’t a complex scent, it also means that it isn’t overpowering. The only notes that can be found in this elixir include notes of cloudberries, daisies, and base notes of musk. All of this blends together nicely in this simple but floral fragrance that most women will love.
2. Marc Jacobs Daisy Shine Red
Developed by Alberto Morillas and released in 2016, Daisy Red is a limited edition perfume in the Daisy Shine line of fragrances. Most women who wear it comment that it has fairly large silage and tends to hang in the air for quite some time after it’s applied. However, that doesn’t make it offensive because it’s floral scents aren’t too sweet or perfumey. This fragrance has top notes of grapefruit and strawberries with just a taste of violets. It’s heart notes are all gardenias and jasmine, while it’s base notes have a more grounded scent profile to them and smell like vanilla mixed with musk.
1. Marc Jacobs Daisy So Fresh Kiss
Although some people may consider this fragrance to be the safe choice because it tends not to be offensive, we actually think that it’s one of the more delicate Marc Jacob perfumes. This scent has a soft, almost fragile, sillage that gently rises to the rose. Although it’s longevity may leave a lot to be desired, its scent is one that’s sure to impress anyone who loves fresh cut flowers mixed with green florals. At its top, this EDT smells like pear, grapefruit, and raspberry with select green overtones. Its heart notes are all floral and feature the scents of daisies, jasmine, and rose.
